Pork Chop Pockets
Ingredients
8 medium
pork chops
1 can condensed
cream of mushroom soup
1 cup either golden or regular
minute rice (uncooked)
1 cup water
Directions
Make one aluminum foil packet per pork chop.
To make packet pull a piece of aluminum four
times as long as the pork chop is wide. Place one pork chop on the foil
then drop two table spoons of
rice on top and then the same amount of soup on top of that. drizzle
with some water. At this point you can also add any additional seasoning you like.
Fold the foil over the pork chop and seasonings making sure to secure all sides
by folding and creasing until sealed. Cook over
the flames or in the oven for 30 minutes or
until foil packets are puffy and steaming.
